The Investment Trust of India has submitted a routine compliance certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate from its registrar Purva Sharegistry confirms that share certificates received for dematerialisation were processed and that the depositories were updated as registered owners within the prescribed timelines. Only a small number of demat requests (four certificates covering about 500 shares) were handled during the quarter.
Routine quarterly regulatory filing. No impact on operations, financials, or stock price. No action needed from shareholders.
