Themis Medicare has sent notice of its 56th AGM on 30th September 2026 along with the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs. 342.24 crores from Rs. 405.51 crores in FY25, with EBITDA at Rs. 0.39 crores and PAT at Rs. 1.14 crores. Q4 FY26 showed recovery with revenue up 6.7 percent YoY to Rs. 76.5 crores, EBITDA of Rs. 3.8 crores, and PAT turning positive at Rs. 8.9 crores. AGM agenda includes adopting accounts, declaring dividend, re-appointing Mr. Rajneesh Anand, ratifying Cost Auditor remuneration of Rs. 3 lakhs, and amending Articles of Association.
