Themis Medicare reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 8,695.69 lakhs, down from Rs 9,757.77 lakhs a year ago. Core operations posted a loss before exceptional items of Rs 5,694.46 lakhs, but a Rs 99.67 crore exceptional gain on sale of shares in Gujarat Themis Biosyn flipped it to a profit of Rs 2,855.34 lakhs (EPS Rs 3.12). Board accepted Mr Nagraj Mogaveera's resignation as Interim Company Secretary and appointed Mr Suresh Savaliya (23 years experience) as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
