Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Thermax issued a clarification on a media article about it scouting a partner for First Energy Private Limited (FEPL), its wholly owned renewable energy subsidiary. Thermax confirmed it is evaluating strategic opportunities to attract a growth partner for FEPL but said no material event requiring disclosure has occurred yet. FEPL, which offers solar, wind and storage battery solutions, recently appointed Basant Jain as CEO to drive growth.
Speculative phase with no confirmed deal. Investors should watch for future updates; a partnership could unlock value in the green energy unit.
