On the reaction day the stock moved 5.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.2 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Thirani Projects Ltd held its 43rd AGM on Sept 30, 2026. All 5 resolutions passed via e-voting: (1) adoption of FY26 standalone financials, (2) re-appointment of Mr. Utpal Dey as Director retiring by rotation, (3) re-appointment of Mr. Satyam Jaiswal as Independent Director, (4) increase in authorized share capital with MOA alteration, and (5) conversion of loan into equity shares. Only 215,770 votes were polled (about 1.07 percent of 2.02 crore shares). Each resolution got over 99.98 percent in favour, with negligible dissent.
Low voting turnout (about 1 percent) signals limited shareholder participation. Loan-to-equity conversion and higher authorized capital may dilute existing shareholders.
