Thomas Cook reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 20,738 Mn, up 3.5% YoY, with net profit nearly flat at Rs 707.5 Mn versus Rs 719.6 Mn last year. H1 FY26 revenue rose 9% to Rs 44,818 Mn. An exceptional gain of Rs 256.5 Mn came from selling a Gurugram property. Standalone Q2 PAT jumped 48% to Rs 470 Mn. The company also paid Rs 211.7 Mn dividend in September. Prior year figures restated to include acquired Resorts business.
Flat consolidated PAT despite revenue growth may weigh on sentiment, but exceptional property gain and strong standalone performance offer support.
