Thomas Cook Q3 FY26 standalone net profit slipped to Rs 34.3 Mn from Rs 106.5 Mn YoY, hit by a one-time Rs 174.8 Mn Labour Code charge. Standalone revenue dipped to Rs 4,021 Mn from Rs 4,271 Mn. For 9M FY26, standalone revenue grew 7 percent to Rs 18,064 Mn and net profit rose 10 percent to Rs 1,004 Mn. Consolidated Q3 net profit eased to Rs 454.9 Mn. Results were restated to include Nature Trails resort business. A September property sale added Rs 256.5 Mn as exceptional income. Dividend of Rs 0.45 per share was paid.
Mixed quarter. One-time Labour Code charge and restated base compress near-term optics, but 7 percent revenue growth and 10 percent 9M profit rise signal underlying strength.
