Timken India reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 7,643.76 million, up from Rs 6,714.32 million YoY, but net profit fell to Rs 498.49 million from Rs 743.06 million. Consolidated net profit was Rs 545.56 million. The board appointed Michael Discenza, CFO of parent Timken Company USA, as Non-Executive Director effective April 15, 2026. The company also completed acquisition of Timken GGB Technology for Rs 1,288 million, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
Profit decline in Q3 despite revenue growth. New director and GGB acquisition strengthen parent group integration but near-term margins remain under pressure.
