Tips Films announced CFO change effective September 2026. Mr. Haresh Sedhani resigned as CFO citing personal reasons, effective Sept 22. Mr. Saurabh Rathi, a Chartered Accountant with 14 plus years in media finance, formerly at Disney, Star India, Fox, and Yash Raj Films, appointed as new CFO from Sept 23. Board also approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results showing net loss of about Rs 15.8 crore versus Rs 29.4 crore loss in Q1 FY26, with revenue sharply lower year on year.
Succession looks orderly with a strong media finance profile incoming. However Q1 results continue to show heavy losses and steep revenue decline, which remains a concern for shareholders.
