Titan Intech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Seoul-based Media Information Communication Co., Ltd. for joint development, customisation, and technology transfer of advanced LED, SMD, MIP, Mini-LED, and LCD display systems. The deal is valued at USD 1.53 million and covers FPGA/SoC-based controllers, Android-based interactive display boards, and software licensing for the mLED Master Suite over a 7-year period (2025–2032). Titan Intech will hold exclusive manufacturing and commercialisation rights in India and non-exclusive R&D rights globally. The collaboration aims to establish India's first fully integrated design-to-manufacture ecosystem for high-performance display technologies, supporting the Make in India initiative.
This partnership strengthens Titan Intech's product portfolio and gives it exclusive domestic manufacturing rights in a high-growth segment, potentially improving margins through import substitution.
