September 2026 results were approved. Consolidated quarterly revenue rose 20 percent to Rs 149.50 crore, but profit after tax fell 44 percent to Rs 8.38 crore. Half-year revenue was Rs 272.90 crore and profit Rs 12.32 crore. CEO Jayesh Ashar resigns on November 30; director Mangesh Sarfare takes over as CEO and KMP from December 1 for two years. The Bhuj unit can make 150,000 IBCs a year and may add about Rs 100 crore annually.
Revenue growth and new capacity are positive, but lower profit and the CEO handover may weigh on sentiment. The successor supports continuity.
