Transgene Biotek has announced that its Register of Members and share transfer books will be closed from Tuesday, December 24, 2025 to Tuesday, December 30, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of its 35th Annual General Meeting. The 35th AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility has been fixed as December 23, 2025. Shareholders who hold shares as of the cut-off date will be entitled to vote electronically at the AGM.
Investors must ensure they are shareholders on or before December 23, 2025 to be eligible for e-voting at the AGM. Trading in the stock during the book closure period (Dec 24-30) will not be permitted, which may briefly reduce liquidity.
