NCLT Mumbai has directed Transindia Real Estate to issue notice to its equity shareholders about the proposed amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Madanahatti Logistics and Industrial Parks Private Limited, into itself. The NCLT has dispensed with the requirement to hold a shareholder meeting. The NCLT order was passed on July 15, 2026, and the company has issued individual notices dated July 28, 2026.
