Transindia Real Estate Limited has entered into Share Purchase Agreements to acquire 100% equity of three private companies - Dighanta Landscape Private Limited, Panchghara Landscape Private Limited, and Panchghara Logistics Parks Private Limited for ₹84 crore in cash. Panchghara Landscape has already become a wholly-owned subsidiary as of April 28, 2026, while the remaining two will complete within 45 days. The target companies collectively hold approximately 86% of a land parcel (~38 acres) at Village Dankuni, Kolkata, West Bengal. The acquisition aims to consolidate business operations, enhance market presence, and achieve operational synergies through larger and more diversified projects. The transaction is not a related party transaction and does not involve promoter interest.
This acquisition expands Transindia Real Estate's land bank and operational footprint in the logistics and warehousing space, potentially creating value through the underlying Kolkata land assets. The ₹84 crore deal is funded via cash, which will impact the company's cash reserves but could boost future revenue generation capacity.
