Transvoy Logistics India Ltd has issued a corrigendum to correct an inadvertent error in the AGM Notice dated August 18, 2025. The name of one allottee, Mrs. Sangita Tundiya, was wrongly mentioned as 'Sadhnaben Shah' in point 19 of Item No. 3 of the Explanatory Statement. Apart from this name correction, all other content of the AGM Notice remains unchanged. The corrigendum was published on October 6, 2025 in Financial Express (English and Gujarati editions) and Alpa Viram (Hindi).
This is a minor administrative correction with no material impact on shareholders or the stock price. It simply rectifies a clerical error in the identity of one allottee in the AGM explanatory statement.
