On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board of Transwarranty Finance approved issuance of unlisted NCDs via private placement worth up to Rs 10 Crore. Mix of secured (with pari-passu charge on current assets) and unsecured NCDs. Tenures range 13 months to 5 years. Coupons range from 11.25 percent to 15 percent per annum, with special category offering 15 percent for 18 months. Not proposed for listing.
No equity dilution as NCDs are debt, but high coupons up to 15 percent will raise interest costs and may pressure margins.
