Board approved Q1 FY27 standalone and consolidated results. Standalone total income rose to Rs 281.76 lakhs (vs Rs 202.62 lakhs YoY) and PAT swung to profit of Rs 5.19 lakhs from a loss of Rs 72.22 lakhs. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs 255.82 lakhs (vs Rs 397.90 lakhs) with PAT loss of Rs 12.10 lakhs (vs Rs 85.68 lakhs). Auditor gave unmodified opinion with emphasis on accounting policy change from fair value to cost method. Board also approved unlisted NCD issuance up to Rs 5.74 crore, ECB fundraise plan, and reappointment of Mr Kumar Nair as MD and CEO for 3 years.
Standalone turned profitable but consolidated still loss-making; NCD raise adds to debt; restated comparatives reduce YoY comparability.
