Transwarranty Finance received a Rs 15 crore credit facility from IDFC First Bank, sanctioned in January 2026, to fund its digital lending platform Oroboro Loans. The RBI-licensed NBFC focuses on underserved segments like small businesses, MSMEs, and mobile phone buyers. It has served around 60,000 customers and disbursed around Rs 100 crores over 4 years. For FY 2025-26, the company expects to disburse 23,000 loans worth Rs 38 crores, about 70 percent growth over last year.
New funding supports expansion of the digital lending platform and expected 70 percent disbursement growth in FY26, positive for business growth.
