Transworld Shipping Lines has signed a JV agreement with Bainbridge Navigation DMCC of Dubai to set up a new company in the UAE. The entity will run a shipping pool focused on Handysize vessels in the dry bulk segment, aiming to consolidate operations and lift efficiency. TSLL will hold 60 percent (75 shares, AED 75,000) and Bainbridge will hold 40 percent (50 shares, AED 50,000). The deal is not a related party transaction and no prior shareholding existed.
Expands TSLL dry bulk footprint via UAE based JV, though initial capital outlay is small. Strategic move to scale Handysize pooling.
