Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Trent posted strong Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 5,666 cr from Rs 4,781 cr a year ago, while net profit jumped 26% to Rs 532 cr versus Rs 423 cr. EPS stood at Rs 9.97. Consolidated net profit rose to Rs 518 cr from Rs 425 cr. Board also approved rotation of statutory auditors: Deloitte Haskins will retire after the 2027 AGM, with B S R and Co. LLP proposed for a five year term subject to shareholder approval. Head of Internal Audit Mr. Ratul Neogi to retire on 31 August, with Ms. Varsha Agarwal taking over from 1 September.
Strong Q1 with healthy revenue and profit growth. Planned auditor rotation and audit head change are routine and unlikely to affect operations.
