Trident Lifeline reported Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue of ₹47.1 crore, up 50% year on year, and profit after tax of ₹6.6 crore, up 30%. Operating profit rose 65% to ₹11.3 crore, with margin improving to 24.1%. Standalone revenue grew 19.3%. An injectables facility is planned after Diwali, while a preferential share issue will fund expansion.
Results show positive growth, but the proposed preferential share issue may dilute existing shareholders. New capacity could support longer-term earnings growth.
