Trinity Tradelink board reshuffle: auditor exits, new CFO and 3 independent directors

On Aug 5, 2026 board meeting: statutory auditor PAMS & Associates resigned mid-term effective June 12 citing geographical constraints between Bhubaneswar and Mumbai. Lipika and Associates (FRN 145364W) appointed to fill the casual vacancy till next AGM. Vikrant Kayan reappointed MD for 3 years and additionally named CFO. Three new independent directors appointed for 5 year terms. Registered office shift and MOA/AOA updates also approved.
