On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts more than its Sugar peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Triveni Engineering has allotted 14,65,048 equity shares of Re.1 each to eligible shareholders of Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises (SSEL) under a composite scheme of arrangement. The scheme, sanctioned by NCLT Allahabad on May 7 and May 18, 2026, involves amalgamation of SSEL into Triveni and demerger into Triveni Power Transmission. Record date was June 3, 2026. Post-allotment paid-up capital stands at about Rs.22.03 crore, divided into 22,03,63,016 shares. New shares will rank pari-passu and be listed on BSE and NSE.
Minor share dilution from new allotment; scheme completion moves Triveni closer to integrating SSEL and spinning off its power transmission unit.
