TSC India has informed NSE that the trading window for dealing in company shares will be closed from October 1, 2026. This is in compliance with SEBI insider trading regulations and is ahead of the announcement of un-audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are made public. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated separately.
Routine compliance filing. Insiders cannot trade shares during the closed period. No direct impact on stock price.
