Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Ltd submitted a clarification to BSE and NSE for an 8-month delay in disclosing the resignation of its Chief Operating Officer. The COO resigned effective 31 October 2025, but the disclosure was only made on 3 July 2026. The company blamed the delay on an inadvertent error by the Compliance Officer, who was unaware that KMP resignations must be intimated to the exchange within 24 hours. The company apologised, called it unintentional, and assured stricter compliance going forward.
An 8-month delay in disclosing a senior management exit raises governance and compliance concerns, which may dent investor confidence in the stock.
