On the reaction day the stock moved 7.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.8 pts more than its Auto Components & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
UCAL's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Standalone half-year revenue rose 41.3% to Rs 43,032.10 lakh and profit rose to Rs 1,465.24 lakh from Rs 284.52 lakh. Consolidated profit was a loss of Rs 600.99 lakh. Exceptional items included a Rs 500 lakh labour-code impact. The auditor's conclusion was not modified, but one subsidiary's results were not reviewed.
Shareholders get a mixed picture: strong standalone profit growth is offset by a consolidated loss and labour-code-related exceptional items.
