On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.3 pts less than its Public Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

UCO Bank's reviewed September 2025 results showed Q2 total income up 4.9% year on year at Rs 7,421 crore and net profit up 2.8% at Rs 620 crore. For the first half, total income was Rs 14,455 crore and net profit Rs 1,227 crore, up 3.8% and 6.4%. Gross and net bad-loan ratios improved to 2.56% and 0.45% from 2.63% and 0.50%. Operating cash flow for the half year was negative Rs 732 crore. Auditors issued an unmodified limited review.
Modest profit growth and improving loan quality are positive, but negative operating cash flow may limit gains for shareholders.
