Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 4,103.25 lakhs from Rs. 3,918.27 lakhs year-on-year. Net profit grew to Rs. 755.45 lakhs from Rs. 555.84 lakhs, with EPS of Rs. 36.73. Also accepted resignation of Company Secretary Bhautesh Shah (KMP), effective 15 September 2026, to pursue growth outside. Board had recommended total dividend of Rs. 100 per share for FY26, including Rs. 60 special dividend from Thane land sale.
KMP exit may briefly affect compliance; Q1 shows steady revenue and stronger profit growth.
