Unick Fix-A-Form and Printers Ltd's board met on 30 May 2025 and approved audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2025. Full-year revenue was nearly flat at Rs. 56.15 crore versus Rs. 56.26 crore last year, but profit after tax jumped 33% to Rs. 2.61 crore from Rs. 1.96 crore, lifting EPS to Rs. 4.76 from Rs. 3.57. Q4 alone was softer, with revenue falling to Rs. 13.10 crore from Rs. 15.14 crore a year ago, though net profit held up at Rs. 1.04 crore. The board appointed a new internal auditor for FY26 and a new secretarial auditor for a 5-year term (FY26–FY30), and disclosed that qualified borrowings were reduced from Rs. 9.47 crore to Rs. 5.39 crore during the year. Statutory auditors M/s Ashok P Patel & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
The 33% rise in full-year profit and meaningful debt reduction are positive signals for shareholders, but the Q4 revenue dip may limit short-term excitement. Clean audit opinion and stable governance through new auditor appointments support overall credibility.
