The board approved limited-review results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Revenue from operations jumped to Rs 23,365.84 lakh from Rs 12,907.47 lakh, but profit after tax fell to Rs 1,508.16 lakh from Rs 2,404.68 lakh. Two cyber fraud cases caused Rs 14.96 crore losses after quarter end, to be booked in the December quarter. Debt-equity rose to 2.60 from 1.68, while operating cash outflow was Rs 18,284.21 lakh.
Revenue growth helps, but lower profit, the Rs 14.96 crore fraud loss and higher debt-equity ratio may hurt earnings and sentiment.
