Mrs. Uma Shankar has resigned from the Board of Unitech Limited as Nominee Director (Non-Executive) with effect from 07.03.2026. She was appointed by the Central Government in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on 19.10.2022, in compliance with Hon'ble Supreme Court orders regarding constitution of a new Board for Unitech.
