Univastu India received a work order from Pune's Public Works Department (East) for constructing the fourth floor and other facilities at the District Sports Complex in Baramati. The base contract is Rs 7.33 crore, with 18 percent GST of Rs 1.32 crore, taking the total to Rs 8.65 crore. The domestic order must be completed within 12 calendar months from receipt.
The order improves revenue visibility and strengthens the order book, but earnings will depend on execution costs, margins and timely completion.
