UNO Minda's board approved a senior management reshuffle effective April 1, 2026: Mr. Rakesh Kher moves from CEO-After Market Domain to Chief Strategy Officer & Advisor-After Market; Mr. Vishal Kaul is elevated internally from Business Head-After Market to CEO-After Market Domain; and Mr. Vishnu Johri shifts from Deputy CEO-LAS Domain to COO-4W Lighting and ASEAN. All three changes are internal role transitions with no resignations. Separately, the board approved investing up to INR 750.20 lacs (including by subsidiaries Uno Mindarika and Uno Minda Kyoraku) into four renewable energy SPVs to source wind and solar power for their Haryana and Tamil Nadu units, targeted for completion by Q2 FY27.
