Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Limited (SSEL) has been amalgamated into Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd (TEIL) and is now dissolved. The appointed date for this merger is April 1, 2025, and the financial results of SSEL for FY 2026 will be included in TEIL's standalone financial results. A record date of June 3, 2026 has been fixed to identify shareholders whose shares will be cancelled and who will receive new equity shares in TEIL according to the share exchange ratio outlined in the Scheme. This is a Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving SSEL, TEIL, and Triveni Power Transmission Limited.
Shareholders of SSEL will receive shares in TEIL based on the approved exchange ratio; SSEL shares will cease to exist as a separate listed entity after the record date.
