The Board approved unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026. It appointed Manish Kabra as Chief Financial Officer from 5 November 2026. It also approved raising up to Rs 20 crore through shares, securities, warrants or debt, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
The capital raise may strengthen finances but could dilute existing shareholders if equity is issued. The new CFO adds finance leadership.
