WABAG wins Large order from BWSSB for Bengaluru wastewater plants

VA Tech Wabag secured a Large order (INR 250 to 600 Crore range) from Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board for two wastewater treatment projects in Bengaluru. Scope covers Design, Build, Operate of a 100 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant and 25 MLD Tertiary Treatment Plant at Byramangala, plus a 60 MLD STP at Bellandur, with biogas-based captive power generation. EPC work to finish in 36 months, followed by 7 years of Operations and Maintenance. The Bellandur project is a repeat win after phase one.
Positive for order book and revenue visibility. Government-backed domestic win with long 7-year O&M annuity adds recurring income. Repeat business validates execution track record.
