Valiant Advanced Sciences, a wholly owned material subsidiary, began commercial operations at a new greenfield facility in Saykha GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat on November 7, 2025. The plant produces Acetic Anhydride, a key chemical under Ketene and Diketene derivatives, serving domestic and international markets. It was partly funded by IPO proceeds and supports backward integration, product diversification, and entry into the specialty chemicals space. Valiant Labs itself is mainly a Paracetamol API maker.
Adds a new revenue stream in specialty chemicals and strengthens backward integration. Positive for long-term growth, near-term impact depends on ramp-up speed.
