Varroc Engineering has signed agreements with AMPIN Energy SPVs to invest about Rs 48.7 lakhs total in two new solar power plants for captive use at its manufacturing facilities in Tamil Nadu (around 0.60 MWDC) and Karnataka (around 0.70 MWDC). The investment gives Varroc small minority stakes of 0.44 percent and 0.83 percent respectively in the two AMPIN SPVs. Projects are expected to be completed by August 30, 2026. The transaction is not a related party deal and will be paid in cash.
