VAML Q1 FY27: PAT Rs 6,597 cr, revenue up 45%, Rs 8 dividend

Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 21,105 cr, up 45% YoY from Rs 14,557 cr. PAT rose sharply to Rs 6,597 cr versus Rs 2,161 cr last year. EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 10,499 cr; operating margin expanded to 45% from 26%. EPS stood at Rs 14.39. Board declared first interim dividend of Rs 8 per share. This is the maiden quarterly result after listing on June 15, 2026, following the aluminium demerger from Vedanta Limited and 51% BALCO acquisition from VEDL for Rs 22,180 cr.
