Vedanta Limited received NCLT Kolkata approval on Dec 3, 2025 for its Resolution Plan to acquire 100% of Incab Industries Limited, a power cable and industrial wires manufacturer. Deal value is INR 545 Crore in upfront cash from internal accruals, completion targeted within 90 days. Incab runs two plants in Jamshedpur and Pune, currently non-operational, needing capex for revival. Acquisition brings downstream synergies in Vedanta's copper and aluminum business.
Strengthens Vedanta's downstream copper-aluminum value chain via vertical integration. Plants non-operational, capex and turnaround needed before revenue benefits.
