Vedanta reported record, unaudited Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹25,812 crore, up 57% year on year, EBITDA of ₹9,938 crore, up 106%, and profit after tax of ₹6,202 crore, up 151%. H1 revenue reached ₹49,268 crore and profit after tax ₹11,496 crore, both records. Net debt fell ₹4,624 crore to ₹3,675 crore, with net debt at 0.1 times EBITDA. A ₹5 interim dividend was declared.
Record profits, rapid debt reduction and a dividend are positive for the stock, though earnings remain exposed to metal prices and currency.
