On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts less than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Vedavaag Systems invested Rs 75 lakh in its wholly owned subsidiary Vedavaag Financial Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd by subscribing to 7.5 lakh equity shares at Rs 10 each through a rights issue. Ownership stays at 100 percent and no government approvals are needed. The subsidiary recently got IRDAI in-principle approval on October 7, 2026 to act as a Direct Insurance Broker for life and general insurance. Subsidiary turnover is very small and declining, from about Rs 50,216 in FY24 to Rs 1,254 in FY26.
Minor internal capital infusion into wholly owned arm; ownership unchanged. IRDAI broker licence is positive for future revenue, but current subsidiary turnover is negligible.
