Vedic Ayurveda board appoints CFO, MD, new Independent Director

Vedic Ayurveda (formerly KD Leisures) board appointed Mr. Shekhar More as CFO, elevated Ms. Deepika Awasthi from Executive Director to Managing Director, and added Mr. Atul Chauhan as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years. Also appointed M/s. Goyal Nagpal & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY27. Board approved raising borrowing limit to Rs. 100 Crores. 45th AGM set for October 30, 2026.
