Veerhealth Care has started executing export orders to a US client in the oral care category after receiving USFDA clearance on May 16, 2025. The company has already shipped 3 FCL (full container load) consignments and received fresh orders to be dispatched within 30 days, targeting 4-5 monthly shipments going forward. Operations are now running at full capacity to meet demand. The company is also in talks with a major Russian corporate group for oral care exports and plans to enter the Russian market soon. Management has guided FY2025-26 revenue of ₹35-40 crore with a 10% PAT margin, and a longer-term target of ₹100 crore revenue with 10% PAT over 24-36 months. They are also exploring the US medical device category and have set up a new hospital care division.
Positive for the stock — USFDA approval unlocks a regulated export market, order execution has begun, and full-capacity operations should support margin recovery after a soft quarter impacted by the inspection process. Investors should note that the FY26 revenue guidance is a significant step-up and execution of monthly repeat orders will be the key thing to track.
