Ventive Hospitality has invested Rs 25 crore in Soham Leisure Ventures, which operates Hilton Goa Resort, by subscribing to 25 lakh Optionally Convertible Debentures at Rs 100 each. This follows its earlier 76 percent equity stake acquisition in October 2025 and a prior Rs 110.50 crore OCD investment. Soham is now a subsidiary. Its turnover grew to Rs 49.92 crores in FY25 from Rs 33.41 crores in FY23.
Further capital infusion into hospitality subsidiary, strengthening the Goa resort portfolio.
