Vera Synthetic 27th AGM proceedings, minutes and voting results filed

Vera Synthetic Limited held its 27th AGM on 29 September 2026 in Bhavnagar. All 4 resolutions passed unanimously with 100 votes in favour and none against. Resolutions covered adoption of FY 2025-26 audited financial statements, reappointment of Meera Sunil Makwana as director, ratification of Raj Shah and Company as statutory auditor, and appointment of M K Samdani and Co as secretarial auditor for 5 years. 13 members attended.
