On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts more than its Electrodes & Refractories peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The company began commercial operations at its new Al-Si Monolithic Plant at Parawada, Anakapalli. It will close the older VS Plant in Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, from October 13, 2025. The old plant generated INR 337.92 crore, or 18.08% of turnover, for FY2024, and its estimated net worth was INR 258.72 lakh. Management says the change is not expected to materially affect operations or revenue.
The move shifts production to the new facility and should be broadly neutral for shareholders because no material effect on operations or revenue is expected.
