Vesuvius India sold land and structures at its former factory in Visakhapatnam, covering about 23,680 square yards, for Rs 30.51 crore. The sale was completed on October 24, 2025. Buyers A.R. Steels and Madhuri Steel Enterprises are not promoter-linked and are not related parties. Factory operations had already ceased, and management expects no material adverse effect on business operations or revenue.
Adds Rs 30.51 crore of sale proceeds and clears an unused factory asset; operations and revenue should be unaffected, though profit impact is not stated.
