On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.7 pts more than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Vibhor Steel Tubes board approved an unsecured loan of INR 5 Crores to Viyom Steel Infra Pvt Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, at 9.5 percent interest, repayable on demand up to 10 years. Funds will be used for working capital and to set up a manufacturing facility for transmission towers, crash barriers, and other infrastructure products. This is in addition to a prior INR 20 Crores loan. Total outstanding stands at about Rs. 17.43 Crores.
Neutral to mildly positive. Internal capital allocation to subsidiary for infrastructure manufacturing expansion. Related party deal at arm's length.
