Vijaya Diagnostic Centre has informed the exchanges that the NCLT Hyderabad Bench, after hearing the case on September 26, 2025, has reserved its orders on the Scheme of Amalgamation with Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited. Under the scheme, Medinova (Transferor) will merge into Vijaya Diagnostic (Transferee) on a going-concern basis with effect from the appointed date of April 1, 2024. The scheme was filed under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The certified copy of the order is still awaited and will be submitted to the exchanges once received.
